Refund Policy

Refund Policy
Pursuant to the terms and conditions governing the contractual relationship between the User (hereinafter referred to as "the Purchaser") and DENNEL (hereinafter referred to as "the Company"), the ensuing Refund Policy (hereinafter referred to as "the Policy") delineates the parameters and stipulations under which refunds may be issued. The Purchaser’s initiation of a transaction on the Platform constitutes an unequivocal acknowledgment and acceptance of the terms enumerated herein.

1. Eligibility for Refunds

  • Refund requests shall be considered solely for merchandise that is deemed defective, damaged, or materially inconsistent with the product description as represented on the Platform at the time of purchase.

  • The Purchaser must initiate the refund process within [X] days subsequent to the date of delivery, failing which the Company shall be under no obligation to entertain such requests.

  • Merchandise must be returned in its original, unaltered condition, accompanied by all ancillary packaging, documentation, and proof of purchase. Any deviation from this requirement shall render the refund request null and void.

2. Refund Process

  • The Purchaser is required to submit a formal refund request via the designated channels on the Platform, furnishing all requisite details, including but not limited to the order number, product details, and a comprehensive explanation of the issue.

  • Upon receipt of the refund request, the Company shall, at its sole discretion, evaluate the merits of the claim and determine whether the merchandise qualifies for a refund under the terms of this Policy.

  • The Purchaser shall bear the financial onus of return conveyance, unless the merchandise is deemed defective or erroneously supplied due to the Company’s oversight.

3. Non-Refundable Items

  • The following categories of merchandise are explicitly excluded from the purview of this Policy and shall not be eligible for refunds under any circumstances:

    • Sale or discounted items.

    • Bespoke or custom-made pieces.

    • Merchandise exhibiting signs of wear, damage, or alteration subsequent to delivery.

    • Items not accompanied by valid proof of purchase.

4. Refund Disbursement

  • Upon approval of a refund request, the Company shall initiate the refund process within [X] business days. The disbursement shall be effected through the original mode of payment, and the Purchaser acknowledges that the temporal duration for the reflection of the refund in their account may vary contingent upon the policies of the financial institution.

  • In instances where the Purchaser opts for an alternative mode of refund disbursement, the Company reserves the right to impose additional administrative charges, which shall be borne exclusively by the Purchaser.

5. Finality of Refund Decisions

  • All determinations pertaining to refund eligibility, approval, or denial shall be made at the sole discretion of the Company and shall be deemed final and binding. The Purchaser hereby waives any right to contest or appeal such determinations through judicial or extrajudicial means.

6. Amendments to Policy

  • DENNEL reserves the unilateral right to amend, modify, or supplement this Policy at any time, with such amendments becoming effective immediately upon their promulgation on the Platform. The Purchaser’s continued engagement with the Platform subsequent to such amendments shall constitute irrevocable acceptance thereof.
